1. Mail your registration and deposit soon as possible. Registrations are confirmed in the order received and the form provides the information I need to prepare for the class. Late registration may result in the class already being filled to capacity. 2. Please click on the "sample class flyer" below for general information about the class. If you need more information, Please feel free to contact me. Click here to view a sample class flyer. 3. Please provide your name, phone number and State if inquiring about a class by e-mail. Remember, your ISP or spam filters may cause my mail to bounce. Your State gives me an idea of where you may wish to attend a future class.
4. Registrations that arrive without the deposit are considered as "at the door" registration. That means you pay the higher "at the door" fee and your reservation in the class is not guaranteed.
If you wish to register for a class, please register early to assure your confirmed reservation. If you plan to register at the last minute, the class may be full.
You may cancel your reservation for a class and request a refund for your deposit up to 60 days before the class starting date. We must receive your request to cancel by postal mail, with a SASE envelope for return of your deposit, no later than 60 days before the class starts. The deposit guarantees your seat in the class.
Deposits are used to pay expenses and are refundable , only in person, under our satisfaction guarantee, anytime during the first day of training. On the first day, you will decide if the class is worthwhile, and if not, your deposit will be cheerfully refunded with no further obligation. If you simply change your mind and don't show up for the class the deposit will not be refunded. However, I understand emergencies can happen, so you may choose to apply the deposit to any future class. We do not refund deposits under our satisfaction guarantee if you change your mind and do not attend the first day.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Your personal contact information will not be sold or shared with anyone, except the class host. Since I do not have access to e-mail while I travel, it may be necessary for the class host to contact you with important updated information. If you prefer your contact information not be shared with the class host, please check the box on the form.
