Please read before placing your order It takes minutes and assures your order will be filled quickly and accurately

Please give the post office time to deliver your order or package.
When I'm answering the phone or e-mail to explain how the rural post office system works, I'm not able to get your package in the mail quickly. Give it an extra couple of days from when you think it should arrive and your package will probably be there. MOST of our orders are shipped within 24 hours.

General information

We do not accept credit cards or paypal.

Accepted payment methods

U.S. customers--We accept personal or business checks, cashiers checks, and money orders.

Canada customers--We accept personal or business cheques and money orders.
NOTE: Canadian cheques and money orders must be made payable to Raymond White.

Other countries-- We accept International pink postal money orders payable in U.S. dollars, personal/business checks drawn on a U.S. bank or U.S. cash at your risk.


Please use our order blank (link at bottom of this page) for all orders. It has all the necessary information to process your order quickly & accurately. Not using the order blank may result in a delayed shipping date or receipt of incorrect parts.
Many times we receive a check in the mail with no order blank. I have no idea what was ordered, so it must go into the "I will try to determine what was ordered when I get time" file. Sometimes, I must wait until the customer contacts me with "where is my order" before I know what to ship.

When I reply to your inquiry, I will indicate:

A. Item is in stock. This means we have it in stock at the present time and can usually ship immediately upon receipt of payment.

B. Item is special order or is presently out of stock. This means we don't have it in stock for immediate shipment, it must be ordered and received from our supplier before we can ship. Usually, our suppliers can ship most items the day we order and we will ship soon as it arrives. Special order items, we do not normally stock, will be ordered when we receive payment.

NOTE: Special order items are NOT refundable as we cannot return them to our suppliers, unless our supplier authorizes a return. Also be aware special order items may be back ordered. If our supplier indicates an item is backorderd, it will result in a shipping delay. If our supplier cannot ship the item within 30 days, we may be able to cancel the order and I can issue a refund.

I do not fill in forms requesting permission to allow mail to be delivered to your mailbox. Add my name to your address book before you hit send.

Due to the increase in virus and spam, we may delete your mail if it does not have an acceptable subject line I can identify as a business transaction.


Acceptable subject lines are " ( Make and model number) Sewing machine" For Example: "Elna 62C Sewing machine".
Mail with a blank subject line or not related to a specific sewing machine subject, such as "question" or "no subject", may be deleted as possible spam or virus.

Please include copies of ALL previous correspondence with each new e-mail.



FOOT CONTROLS, CORDS AND ELECTRONIC PARTS:

Please indicate if you wish to order the foot control only (NO CORD), or the complete control (PRE-WIRED FOOT CONTROL & CORD UNIT). If ordering the cord only, specify (CORD ONLY). These parts are tested by the manafacturer, before shipping, and are NOT returnable, unless the manafacturer authorizes a return. Many very expensive original manafacturers controls sometimes can be replaced with generic controls that work good as original, at greatly reduced cost. Some $200.00 + original controls can be replaced with $28.00 controls IF I HAVE THE NECCESSARY INFORMATION. This may include the MOTOR voltage AC DC etc. I may also request you mail the original cord/control to me. If requested, it will be returned, at my expense, if I can't provide a replacement. OTHER PARTS:

There are thousands of parts available that are not listed in our supply catalogs by a specific make/model number. Many times, I can locate the part, when provided with additional information, pictures or by having the old part to identify. If I request the old part and can't supply a replacement, I will return the old part at my expense.

SUMMARY:

I will do anything reasonable and within my power to provide fast honest service to my valued customers. If you expect fairness and the best service possible, you have come to the right place. If you are "shotgunning" an inquiry to a dozen dealers hoping for the cheapest price on a cheap inferior product and who can get it first, please contact me AFTER the others have failed. Many times we can locate, hard to find, parts when given time. If you want to order parts and change your mind later because you found it a day faster or a little cheaper elsewhere, we're both wasting time.
